Refund & Return Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) Products

  • COD orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • Customers are requested to check product details carefully before confirming the order.

  • If a COD order is refused at delivery without valid reason, the customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.

Partially Paid Orders (Advance + COD)

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

  • If the order is cancelled after dispatch, no refund will be issued for the advance amount.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a replacement or store credit, subject to verification.

Printed Products

  • Printed products are made specifically as per the design approved by the customer.

  • No returns or refunds are accepted for:

    • Design mistakes approved by the customer

    • Color variations due to screen differences

  • Replacement will be provided only if the product is damaged or has a printing defect caused by us.

Customised Products

  • Customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Replacement is applicable only if the product is received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video and clear photos are mandatory for verification.

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit (refunds are not guaranteed).

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order type.

  • COD orders are usually refunded as store credit.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Courier Return Due to Customer Responsibility

If an order is returned to us by the courier due to any of the following reasons:

  • Customer not available at delivery address

  • Phone call not answered / unreachable

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Delivery refusal

  • Any other issue caused by the customer

Then:

  • The customer must pay the courier return and re-delivery charges (courier penalty) before re-dispatch.

  • Re-dispatch will be processed only after payment confirmation.

Non-Receipt of Orders (After 30 Days)

  • If a customer does not receive their ordered product within 30 days from the order date, the order will be considered closed.

  • After 30 days, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive the product, regardless of whether the order was placed as:

    • Full Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Partial Payment

    • Full Online Payment

  • No refund, replacement, or re-dispatch will be provided after this period.

Contact Time Limit

  • Customers must contact us within 30 days from the order date regarding:

    • Non-delivery

    • Courier return

    • Re-dispatch requests

  • If the customer fails to contact us within 30 days, the order will be forfeited, and the customer will lose the right to receive the product.

  • No refunds or re-shipments will be provided after this period.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed on this website.

  • Kit Crazes reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Product Information

  • We make every effort to display accurate product details, images, and descriptions.

  • Minor variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or production processes.

  • Printed and customised products are created based on customer-approved designs.

Orders & Payments

  • Orders may be placed using:

    • Full Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Partial Payment (Advance + COD)

    • Full Online Payment

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

  • Kit Crazes reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including logos, images, designs, and text, is the property of Kit Crazes.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  • Kit Crazes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
