1. For any service of our agency, all customers must pay 60% in advance and after the product is complete, the customer must pay the full amount and receive the product.

2. Any mistake made by any officer of our agency in connection with any service shall be borne by the Authority but shall not be borne by the Authority in case of any mistake in the information provided by the customer. Apart from this, the customer must verify the product in case of taking it because the authority will not accept responsibility for any problem later.

3. Exchange of goods or transaction of money without memo is totally prohibited.

4. If the customer does not receive the product within 10 days from the delivery date or does not communicate with the authority, the authority will not bear the responsibility for the product.

5. The Authority shall be bound to deliver the goods as per the contract executed between the Customer and the Authority.

6. In case of delivery, the authority will deliver the product to all places within Dhaka, in this case the customer will not have to pay any delivery charge. However, the customer has to pay the delivery charge to all places outside Dhaka.

7. The authority shall ensure the security of any confidential, sensitive, personal information provided by the customer. Any unexpected incident that hurts religious, personal feelings is not desirable to any customer or authority.
